Order Fulfillment:

• All orders from Sleepless Nights 3AM ship within 5-7 business days after processing (excluding weekends or holidays).
• Upon placing your order, you'll get a confirmation email. When your order is on its way, we'll shoot you another email with your tracking number.
• We exclusively use USPS Priority Mail for all shipments. If your tracking number shows your package is en route or delivered, and you haven't got it, hit up USPS directly. Our Dream Team isn't responsible for packages labeled as delivered.

• You've got 14 days from delivery to return items for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
• All sales are final; we only issue store credit.
• Store credit excludes shipping, taxes, and discounts. It's solely for the amount of merchandise you bought.
• Reach out to our customer service team to kick off your return/exchange process. Any returned items without this step will head back as a refused exchange/return.

Return Conditions:

• For store credit, items must be in original condition with their original packaging within 14 days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless returning defective items.
• Items sent back more than 14 days post-delivery won't be accepted - no exceptions.
